With over 30 years of experience in marketing, communications, and leadership—and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology—Kristi brings a unique blend of strategic insight, business acumen, and people-first thinking to every client engagement.
As the founder of DRIVE. Organizational Solutions, she helps organizations, leaders, and emerging professionals build workplace cultures where people thrive, employees are engaged, and leadership is practiced with purpose.
Kristi is a certified EQ-i 2.0® and EQ 360® practitioner as well as a CSI 2™ consultant, enabling her to integrate validated assessments with practical strategies that drive measurable results. Her expertise in workplace psychology, team dynamics, and leadership development allows her to design solutions that go beyond surface-level fixes. She partners closely with clients to develop leaders, engage employees, and strengthen organizational performance through evidence-based practices that stick.
Her career spans industries as diverse as automotive, firearms, law enforcement, professional sports, and commercial lawn care—alongside healthcare, legal, manufacturing, finance, and nonprofit sectors. This breadth of experience gives her both the insight and empathy to understand systemic barriers and help people and organizations overcome them.
Lauren Mayne.
With over 14 years of experience in human resources, project management, and customer service—and a master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology—Lauren brings a people-centered perspective that strengthens both individuals and organizations.
Her expertise spans talent development, performance management, and leadership coaching, with a focus on helping leaders and emerging professionals grow with clarity and confidence.
Lauren’s passion for leadership development stems from diverse career experiences, including leading project teams in healthcare to deliver superior patient care and drive innovation. She understands that thriving organizations are built on engaged employees and empowered leaders, and she partners closely with clients to design programs that align with business goals while unlocking individual potential.
Known for her ability to see strengths in others and translate research into practical strategies, Lauren creates evidence-based solutions that help people and organizations reach their full potential and achieve lasting results.
Cara Peebles.
With over 23 years of experience in sales, communications, and public relations, Cara brings a dynamic presence to the DRIVE. team—known for her ability to connect with people at every level of an organization and meet high-pressure moments with clarity and confidence.
Armed with a bachelor’s degree in communications and journalism, along with certifications in crisis communications, lean kaizen, media training, yoga, and fitness, Cara helps organizations and leaders prepare for and navigate uncertainty with calm, strategic focus. She specializes in building crisis communication plans, training leaders to face the media, and guiding companies to maintain credibility and composure when it matters most.
Cara’s career spans firearms, legal, manufacturing, hospitality, and health & wellness—industries where stakes are high and pressure is constant. She has led sales teams, run a nonprofit, managed internal communications, and produced everything from corporate wellness events to executive media training. This breadth gives her unique insight into balancing performance, people, and culture.
Known for blending structure with creativity and strategy with empathy, Cara delivers solutions that are thoughtful, effective, and often unconventional. Clients value her sharp wit, energetic presence, and ability to create workplaces where both people and performance thrive.
